This 5 meter bell tent is tucked in the corner of the small hay meadow. Set up above the river, you can look down through the trees and see the water running past.
Onnen enjoys its own perfect little corner of the farm, in the small meadow which is full of butterflies in the summer. You can still hear and see the river, but looking down on it rather than being alongside the water, it is safe for little ones. You have a private “Camp Kitchen” outside with a gas hob, cool box, and all the cooking / eating equipment you should need, as well as a table and benches and covered eating area. There is also a fire pit area with BBQ grill by your tent.
The tent has a woodburner to keep you cosy inside on those evening you are not sat around the campfire gazing at the stars. A complimentary basket of logs is provided.
Bedding is included.
There are 2 showers, 2 compost loos and 2 washing up sinks located near the tents. There is a farm shop in the barn in the yard with a phone charging point, and firewood, kindling, charcoal, and sustainably produced BBQ meats available to purchase.
Please note all our tents and pitches are situated in a Car Free Zone. There is parking in the yard area, and we provide wheelbarrows to help you carry things to your tent. The tents are situated down a farm track that has a steep section at the start and some rough areas. It may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility, and it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
