Local Food & Drink
We’re lucky to have some fantastic places to eat out nearby.
To keep it local, The Plas Parke pub is at the end of the lane to the farm, just a 5-minute walk from the tents and is a reliable option for pub classics. The Daffodil Inn at Penrhiw-llan (a 5 min drive) is a reasonably priced gastro-pub that features in the Michelin Guide. The Ceridwen Centre (a 10 min drive) offer farm to fork dining on their lovely organic farm and have a popular sourdough pizza night on a Friday and then burgers on Saturday. Slightly further afield you have the riverside Nags Head Inn at Abercych, the trendy Pizza Tipi in Cardigan for sourdough pizza and craft beers and, for somewhere really special, there is The Harbourmaster on the harbour at Aberaeron.
There’s also a wealth of local produce to add to your picnics or bring home with you. The Da Mhile Distillery is handily just next door to Caws Teifi who make artisanal organic raw milk cheeses. There is also Caws Cenarth between Cenarth and Abercych. The Honey Farm on the road to New Quay is famed for its mead. We also have the Teifi Coffee roastery just 2 miles upstream from us. Whilst they don’t have anywhere to visit, you can enjoy their coffee as part of your welcome pack in the tents. There are good delis in Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan offering many other locally sourced foodstuffs to enjoy.
